  • Is There A Credit Score Criteria?

    YES, All Applicants Must Have A 550 Or Higher Credit Score.

  • Is There An Application Or Administration Fee?

    YES

    • $50.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee Per Adult (Over 18 of Age or older), That Will Be Living In The Household. 
    • And A One Time $100.00 Administration Fee (Only Refundable, If Applicants Decide To Cancel Their Application Inside A 24Hr Time Window Of Once Submitted The Application).

  • What Is Included In The Rent Price?
